Public Relations Committee
Purpose
The Public Relations Committee primarily utilizes media such as the homepage (HP) and magazines to disseminate information about the Society's activities and nursing-related topics to members, non-members, and the broader public.
Activities
Since establishing the Society's website in 2004, we have continuously updated it.
In 2017, as part of our public relations activities, the Society's mascot character “JAMPYON” was created.
In 2018, the website underwent a major redesign, became smartphone-compatible, and we began sharing information on Facebook.
In 2019, the Member Information Management System (SOLTI) was introduced. By logging in with their member ID and password, members can now access services such as viewing and updating their registration information, checking their annual membership fee payment history, paying fees via credit card, issuing invoices and receipts related to membership fees, registering for various Society-sponsored training sessions, and downloading announcements and member-specific materials from the Society.
Moving forward, we will continue to collaborate with various committees to enrich our content. We will also conduct public relations activities to help more people learn about our society and convey its appeal.
